The Nova Mar Bella beach is located at the far end of Passeig Marítim, which begins in Barceloneta. It is a beach of fine sand, with access for disabled persons. It enjoys strong winds, making it popular with surfers and windsurfers.
Behind this beach is the beginning of the Diagonal Mar park, a large urban park designed by the architect, Enric Miralles.
